YOUR DAY
Your day.
Start with what you actually do. Understanding can come later.

The day so far
—Opening your journal…
Notice. Try. Adjust.
Group actions you notice repeating. When you are ready, try one tiny change.
Your guiding principles
- Make it tiny. Choose a step small enough for a difficult day.
- Attach it to something fixed. Use something that already happens as the cue.
- Shape the environment. Make the next action easier to begin.
- Act as the person. Let small actions give you evidence of who you are becoming.
- Never miss twice. If you notice a lapse, choose the next small chance to resume.
A gap in this journal is unknown, not a failed habit. Linked observations show what you recorded, not whether an experiment succeeded.
